All sales, products, services, and financing offered through DecorationPath are provided by S&M Furniture Inc. via its online division, DecorationPath. This includes in-house financing, as well as payment options listed in the checkout process. We do not manage third-party financing applications, which are entirely processed and approved by the respective third-party lenders.

DecorationPath offers multiple payment options, including:

Credit/debit card payments
In-house financing with soft or hard credit checks

All in-house financing applications and approvals are managed exclusively by S&M Furniture Inc. You authorize us to perform necessary credit checks.

Third-party financing applications are not managed by DecorationPath or S&M Furniture Inc. Customers must apply directly through the third-party lender.

You agree to provide accurate purchase, payment, and account information and promptly update any changes, including email addresses, credit card numbers, and expiration dates.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We are not liable for shipping or delivery delays. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. Title and risk of loss pass to you once products are transferred to the carrier.
