A: Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. You must receive the order first and then return it for a refund or a credit to your account with S&M Furniture Inc.

A: Yes! Simply visit our Financing tab online, where you can apply for financing and choose the best plan for your needs. Once approved, you'll be able to complete your purchase either online or in-store.

Q#10: How do I make payments on my financed purchase?
A: Payments for financed purchases can be made through several convenient methods. Once your financing is approved, you'll receive details about your payment schedule and options. You can make payments via our online payment portal, by phone, through the mail, or by responding to your payment invoice. We strive to make the payment process as flexible and accessible as possible.

Q#11: Can I return an item purchased with financing?
A: Yes, you can return items purchased with financing. However, returns and exchanges must be in accordance with our store return policy. Once the return is processed, any financing balance will be adjusted accordingly. If applicable, the refund will be credited to your financing account.
