Your electronic consent is a separate choice.
Browsing DecorationPath does not by itself constitute consent to receive every legally required record electronically. When electronic consent is required, you will be asked to affirmatively agree during the applicable application, financing, account, payment, or document process.
Purpose of this consent
DecorationPath uses electronic records to provide a convenient, secure, and accessible experience for furniture purchases, financing applications, account documents, payments, and customer communications.
This E-SIGN Consent informs you of your rights before you agree to:
- Receive records and disclosures electronically.
- Use electronic signatures or acceptance actions.
- Access documents through the Customer Hub or secure viewer.
- Receive notifications at the email address or telephone number you provide.
Electronic consent does not require you to accept financing, complete a furniture purchase, authorize a payment, or agree to terms you have not reviewed.
Scope of your consent
When you affirmatively consent, your consent may apply to records related to the transaction, application, financing account, order, payment, or customer relationship for which the consent is requested.
Unless a narrower scope is stated during the applicable process, your consent may cover:
- Your financing application and application notices.
- Identity-verification and document requests.
- Approval, conditional-approval, pending-review, or decline notices.
- Credit disclosures and financing agreements.
- Account-opening and account-servicing records.
- Furniture order acknowledgements and status updates.
- Payment authorizations, confirmations, and receipts.
- Statements, balance information, and payment notices.
- Returns, cancellations, refunds, and account adjustments.
- Changes to applicable agreements, policies, or account terms.
- Other records required or permitted by applicable law.
Separate consent may be requested when required by law or when a new transaction falls outside the scope of an earlier consent.

How electronic records may be delivered
Electronic records may be delivered or made available through one or more of the following methods:
- The DecorationPath Customer Hub.
- A secure document viewer.
- A downloadable webpage, PDF, or similar electronic file.
- An email containing the record.
- An email containing a secure link to the record.

An email or text message may serve only as a notification. The complete record may be available through your Customer Hub or another secure location.
You are responsible for maintaining access to the email address, telephone number, and account credentials connected to your DecorationPath account.
Technology requirements
To receive, access, review, sign, download, and retain electronic records, you should have:
Internet access
A reliable internet connection and a device capable of accessing the DecorationPath website and secure pages.
A supported browser
A current version of a commonly used web browser with security features, cookies, and encrypted connections enabled where required.
An active email address
A valid email account that you can access and that can receive DecorationPath notices.
Document-viewing capability
Software or browser functionality capable of displaying webpages, text, images, and PDF documents when PDF records are used.
Storage or printing capability
Enough electronic storage to save records or access to a printer if you wish to keep paper copies.
If the hardware or software requirements materially change in a way that may affect your ability to access electronic records, we will provide any notice and renewed consent required by applicable law.
Demonstrating your ability to access records
When required, your electronic consent must be provided in a manner that reasonably demonstrates that you can access the electronic format in which records will be delivered.
Depending on the DecorationPath process, this demonstration may occur when you:
- Open and review this E-SIGN Consent electronically.
- Select an electronic consent checkbox.
- Access a disclosure or agreement in the displayed format.
- Download or open an electronic document.
- Enter a code, password, or other authentication information.
- Use an electronic acceptance button or signature process.
If you cannot view or access the records presented, do not provide electronic consent. Contact DecorationPath for assistance or information about available alternatives.
Electronic signatures and acceptance
An electronic signature may include an electronic symbol, action, process, typed name, checkbox, button selection, authentication step, or other method used with the intent to sign or accept a record.
When you intentionally complete an electronic signature or acceptance step, it may have the same legal effect as signing a paper document by hand, subject to applicable law.
Electronic acceptance may be recorded with information such as:
- The date and time of acceptance.
- The document or disclosure version.
- The customer or account associated with the action.
- The authentication or session information used.
- The electronic action taken to indicate agreement.
Selecting an acceptance button or signature checkbox may create a binding agreement. Review the complete document before completing the electronic acceptance step.
Requesting paper copies
You may request a paper copy of an electronic record related to your application, purchase, payment, financing account, or other customer relationship.
Requests should identify the record requested and provide enough non-sensitive information for DecorationPath to locate the applicable account or transaction.
DecorationPath will disclose whether any copying, mailing, or delivery charge applies before completing a request. No charge will be imposed where prohibited by law or where a paper copy must be provided without charge.
Requesting a paper copy does not automatically withdraw your consent to receive future records electronically.
Withdrawing electronic consent
You may withdraw your consent to receive future records electronically by contacting DecorationPath through the method provided on this page or in your account documents.
Your withdrawal will become effective after DecorationPath has received and had a reasonable opportunity to process the request. Withdrawal does not affect:
- The legal effectiveness of records previously delivered electronically.
- Electronic signatures or agreements completed before withdrawal.
- Payments or transactions previously authorized.
- Records that may legally be delivered electronically without E-SIGN consent.
- Your existing obligations under an accepted financing or purchase agreement.
Withdrawing electronic consent may limit the ability to continue using an online-only service or complete a transaction that requires electronic delivery, to the extent permitted by law.
DecorationPath will explain any consequence of withdrawal that applies to the relevant service or account.
Updating your contact information
You are responsible for keeping your email address, telephone number, mailing address, and other account contact information current.
Contact information may be updated through the Customer Hub or by contacting DecorationPath customer care, depending on the available account features.
Additional verification may be required before sensitive account information is changed.
A record may be considered delivered according to the applicable agreement and law even when you fail to review it because your contact information was not kept current.
Saving and retaining your records
You should download, save, or print important records when they are presented, including:
- Your financing disclosures and agreement.
- Your approval or decision notice.
- Your payment authorizations and receipts.
- Your order confirmation and purchase terms.
- Your account statements and servicing notices.
- Your return, cancellation, or refund documentation.
Records may remain available in the Customer Hub for a period determined by applicable law, account status, retention requirements, and DecorationPath’s document practices.
You should not rely on indefinite online availability as a substitute for retaining your own copies.
Legal effect of electronic records
A record or signature will not be denied legal effect solely because it is electronic when the applicable legal requirements have been satisfied.
Your consent to electronic records does not waive any disclosure, timing, content, delivery, consumer-protection, or recordkeeping requirement that cannot legally be waived.
Where applicable law requires a record to be provided in writing or in a form you may keep, DecorationPath will provide the record electronically only when the applicable electronic-delivery requirements are satisfied.
Transaction-specific disclosures, agreements, and authorizations govern the applicable furniture purchase, financing account, payment, or customer transaction.
Your electronic consent affirmation
When you select the applicable consent checkbox, button, or electronic acceptance action, you affirm that:
Displaying this consent page alone does not record your consent. Consent is recorded when you complete the applicable affirmative electronic action in the relevant DecorationPath workflow.
Questions and assistance
Contact DecorationPath if you need help accessing an electronic record, updating your contact information, requesting a paper copy, or withdrawing electronic consent.
For security, do not send a Social Security number, account password, complete payment-card number, or complete bank account number through ordinary email.
Account-specific requests may require identity verification before information can be released or changed.
