Credit reporting disputes

You may submit a direct dispute to DecorationPath or submit a dispute through a consumer reporting agency.
Information to provide
Please include your full name, DecorationPath account number if available, current contact information, the specific information disputed, why you believe it is inaccurate, supporting documentation, and your preferred contact method. Do not email Social Security numbers, identity documents, bank statements, or other sensitive records unless DecorationPath provides a secure method.
How DecorationPath reviews a dispute
DecorationPath may review application information, signed agreements, account ledger, payment history, statements, account notes, order records, verification documents, customer communications, supporting documents submitted with the dispute, and relevant furnishing records. Additional information may be requested when needed.
Investigation outcome
DecorationPath will communicate the result through an available account communication method. If we determine that previously furnished information was inaccurate, we will update our records and furnish corrected information consistent with applicable law and our furnishing practices. If information is verified as accurate, we will communicate that result. You may submit new relevant information for further review. Records of the review may be retained consistent with applicable requirements.

We review disputes as promptly as practical and within the time required by applicable law.

If you believe a DecorationPath account resulted from identity theft, contact DecorationPath promptly and provide appropriate identity-theft documentation through a secure method when requested.
